Reuters - JERUSALEM (Reuters) - U.S. plans for a possible military strike on Iran are ready and the option is "fully available", the U.S. ambassador to Israel said, days before Tehran resumes talks with world powers which suspect it of seeking to develop nuclear arms. Like Israel, the United States has said it considers military force a last resort to prevent Iran using its uranium enrichment to make a bomb. Iran insists its nuclear program is for purely civilian purposes.

The face of the rulers of Rome due to Recommendation 666 and Document 666 will rule the army of Europe upon the declaration of martial law.

The events seem designed to create the accident that implements the power of a united Europe within the UK.

Perhaps a brief synopsis would be helpful to tie this all together:  

The one-world system (first beast {Rev 13:1}) which is in place in the end-time, suffers some unstated catastrophic event (deadly wound).  The second beast (satan, antichrist) appears on the earth with his angels and mends the rift thus solidifying the one-world system (first beast) under his direct control.  The Elect of God resist this system all the way, are arrested (probably as enemies of God, the false god antichrist who is no god!) and testify at councils against antichrist.  The two Witnesses of God {Rev chapter 11} witness against satan's one-world system which now worships satan as the impostor christ, the antichrist.  The world believes that satan is in fact the prophesied Messiah and most worship him in ignorance - at least at first.

The antichrist kills the Two Witnesses of God thus violating the absolute order given in among other places, in:  {Rev 9:4}  "...but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads."   Three and a half (there's that number again!) days later Almighty God raises the Two Witnesses back to life and they ascend into Heaven in front of the whole world.  We are now within one literal hour of the Apocalyptic cascade of events that constitute the end of this flesh age - the Second Advent of Jesus Christ Son of God with great wrath and fury.  

Satan is bound in the Bottomless pit for one-thousand years - the Millennium, then the loosing of satan again from the Bottomless Pit to test those taught in the Millennium, satan and those following him encircle the saints of God and prepare to destroy them, but God intervenes and devours His enemies, satan is cast into the Lake of Fire, then comes judgment day, those who have not overcome are cast into the Lake of Fire where satan is, the new Heaven descends to earth, the Lake of Fire is dried up with it's inhabitants so thoroughly blotted out that there is no memory of their very existence even, and then God dwells with His children (us) on this earth as He did before the fall of satan and the rebellion in the first earth age.  All that offends is gone, and the age is eternal.  Praise God!

The European Neighborhood Policy Peace and Prosperity 7 year Peace Deal with Israel, mandates the EU give Israel, Peace and Prosperity.

Upon declaration of martial law, the UK may even rule over the entire European Neighborhood.  If you look at the countries involved, you 

will see that it indeed looks like the risen Roman Empire.  Treaty of Rome was the beginning.  Javier Solana designed the position and implemented 

the power into the position.  Beware... To me it looks like the one world beast HQ is in the Tower of Babel Replica located in Brussels.  A peace deal

with the North American Union, Eurasia Union, African Union, etc... The UN is poised to give its power to anyone that can give the world peace.

Israel

The principle of Israel joining the European Union has been supported by some politicians in both Israel and Europe, including the former Israeli Foreign Minister, Silvan Shalom,[154] Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Lieberman[155] and former Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi.[156] Two Italian MEPs are currently campaigning in favour of Israeli membership.[157] An opinion poll in 2004 showed that 85% of Israelis would support an application for membership.[158] Another survey in 2011 showed support for EU membership is 81%.[159]

The Israeli government has hinted several times that an EU membership bid is a possibility, but the EU itself proposes instead the closest possible integration "just short of full membership." Faster advancement of such plans is somewhat hampered by the current instability in the Middle East and conflicts in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Lebanon. European public opinion of some of Israel's policies—especially those related to the aforementioned areas of conflict is, in general, poor.[160] Proponents of Israel's accession to the EU suggest that such accession would help promote peace, because being a part of a strong alliance like the EU would allow Israel to withdraw from the occupied territories with no fear of risking its security.

The European Council has not been asked to take a stance regarding whether or not Israel is a European state, but similar circumstances to Morocco (being geographically outside Europe and without exceptional features such as CoE membership) will most likely preclude its inclusion as a full member into the EU as well. However, it can obtain a large degree of integration through the current and future EU Neighbourhood Policies – the former Spanish foreign minister Miguel Ángel Moratinos spoke out for a "privileged partnership, offering all the benefits of EU membership, without participation in the institutions". On 11 January 2005, industry commissioner and vice president of the commissionGünter Verheugen even suggested the possibility of a monetary union and common market with Israel.

An argument[161] for the inclusion of Israel into the EU as a full member is that it has a mostly "European" (or perhaps Europeanised) culture and thus forms an exclave in a largely Arab region. Israel also has a GDP per capita similar to many European countries. Some claim that allowing Israel into the EU would create a precedent for other geographically non-European countries to apply for membership, but in fact[162] this precedent already exists as Cyprus, which is already a member state, is geographically in Asia. Proponents of Israel's accession to the EU claim that Israel's situation is similar to that of Cyprus—a country outside of Europe geographically, but a part of Europe culturally and socially.[original research?]

The Western European Union

The main component of Europe's Common Foreign and Security Policy or CFSP, is what is called the Western European Union. The WEU was created by the Treaty on Economic, Social and Cultural Collaboration and Collective Self-Defence, which was signed in Brussels on March 17, 1948. It has since been dubbed the Brussels Treaty, and was later amended in Paris on October 23, 1954 which modified and completed it.

The treaty resulted in the WEU which has ten full member countries, six associate member countries, five observer countries, and seven associate partner countries. All of these countries, however, are part of the broader, overarching European Union. They operate in a forum which enables coordination of matters regarding European security and defense called the Assembly of WEU. WEU members contributed to the creation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or NATO, and now the WEU has implications of becoming the primary defense institution of the European Union.

The Assembly of WEU effectively blended the WEU and EU, the lines blurred, and what came out of simply defense cooperation created what has now become a position within the EU that can, and does control security as well as foreign policy matters on the world stage on behalf of the 27 EU member nations.

Javier Solana is leading diplomatic moves relating to foreign policy and security matters in Europe through what has already been established within Recommendation 666. Javier Solana is the High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, as well as the Secretary-General of both the Council of European Union, and the Western European Union (WEU). He also was awarded the Charlemagne Prize for 2007 for his service to European unification. His position wields great influence and power in many aspects of the European Union, and international matters as well.

Recommendation 666

One recommendation from the Assembly of WEU, entitled Recommendation 666 is a text adopted in June of 2000. The sub-heading reads "on the consequences of including certain functions of WEU in the European Union, a reply to the annual report of the Council," it states [4]

To trace back to Article V of the modified Brussels Treaty, it states specifically that [5],

Now to sum it up, recommendation number seven under, "Recomendation 666 on the consequences of including certain functions of WEU in the European Union, a reply to the annual report of the Council," states,

The Assmebly of WEU's recommendation 666, recommendation to the Council of the European Unon number 12, states that [7],

Recommendation 666 essentially created an office within European politics and foreign policy that focuses or converges all respective EU member country voices to one. That one voice, or the one who chairs such a position currently, is Javier Solana. The WEU has a ten nation military alliance within the European Union. Through the Assembly of WEU and its adoption of Recommendation 666 coupled with recommendations to the European Council on the adopted text, frameworks are in place to sustain the growth and capabilities of a truly united Europe under a united European military command structure.

Prophetic Implications

What has caused shock waves within the Biblical, and Biblical prophecy community, as well as geopolitical strategists, although in a different context admittedly, has to do with recent developments of common security and foreign policy among the EU. Among many texts adopted by the Assembly of WEU in the year of 2000, Recommendation 666 was officially adopted and was effectively a call to the European Council to adopt strategies and implement solutions to facilitate a common European security approach through the WEU and its core ten nations.

"After this I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrifying and extremely strong; and it had large iron teeth It devoured and crushed and trampled down the remainder with its feet; and it was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. "While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts." - Daniel 7:7-8 (NASB)

The 9th of AV could be that day, which is set up to inflict massive pain upon the world.  Regardless of the day, know the plan, what has been done already, and what the next steps towards their goal.  Why?  The UK rules the Risen Roman Empire as soon as their 9-11 happens.  Prince Charles is related to Dracula... .  Why would they do that?  The goal of the ones directing this play are to errect the one world goverment.  They say the ends justify the means.  Nothing will stand in their way, and that includes everything that may stand against them.  So, check back often, as I will post all the event regarding the security at the Olympics, as well as all relevant EU developments.
